Sweet Potatoes Casserole

Ingredients

2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes (4 large)

1 c. milk (1/2 c. if used canned potatoes)

1 1/4 c. sugar

2 eggs

3/4 stick butter, softened

1/2 t. nutmeg

1/2 t. cinnamon


Topping:

3/4 c. crushed cornflakes

1/2 c. nuts

1/2 c. brown sugar

3/4 stick melted butter

Directions

Mix sugar, eggs, butter, and milk.
Stir in sweet potatoes, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Place in greased casserole.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, combine topping ingredients and add topping.
Bake 10 additional minutes and serve.
